Dell for the customer service. No one can come close to Dell's Customer Service! Always get the 3 year next day service w/ any laptop that you buy from Dell! It is well worth the money. In the last year I have had 2 issues w/ my laptop and both times Dell was at my door (I Live in BFE) the next day and I was up and running.I would buy one of thier referbished laptops. Cheaper and they are Dell certified and still under warrenty. Sony just cause I have a Sony camera and MD player. But thier service sucks, as well as IBM, HP, and every other PC brand I have had to deal with. One more quick story...I had my laptop crash about 2 years ago. Had it for 1.5 years then. We tried a few things w/ Dell and nothing was working. So they overnighted me a new laptop which was faster, had more ram, larger hard drive. Gave me 2 weeks to move what I could from my old laptop to my new one. Did not charge me for the extras on the new one and started my 3 year warrenty over w/ the new one.
